2 Great Summer Dishes from Kraft's Kitchen

Steakhouse Potato Salad
From the Kraft Kitchen

Total time 1 hr 30 min
Prep 30 min
Servings 1-3/4 qt. or 14 servings, 1/2 cup each What You Need

3 lb. small red potatoes (about 9), quartered
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

PLACE potatoes in 2-qt. microwaveable dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 15 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Place in large bowl.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until completely cooled.
MIX dressings. Add to potatoes with remaining ingredients; mix lightly


Pizza Pasta Salad

From Kraft’s Kitchen

Total time 1 hr 50 min
Prep 20 min
Servings 10 servings, 1 cup each

What You Need
3 cups penne pasta, cooked, cooled
4 tomatoes, chopped
12 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
1/2 cup sliced fresh basil
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade

Make It

COMBINE ingredients.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
